Vegan Pecan Pesto with Nutritional Yeast

Delicious tossed with pasta, on a pizza dough, or as a dip for veggies and crackers. You won’t even miss the parmesan cheese with the addition of nutritional yeast.

Just combine all ingredients in food processor and enjoy.

1/2 cup pecans ( sub walnuts or pistachios)
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 packed cup of cilantro and parsley ( I also like basil)
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
A garlic clove
Couple dashes of salt and pepper
