I love when I can sit back and feel good about what my kiddos are eating. I knew this one would be questionable for them, but it was a hit.
The main ingredients are all from Trader Joes, but you should be able to purchase similar products at almost any grocery store.
- Vegan Cream Cheese Substitute
- Organic Micro Greens
- Organic Shredded Broccoli and Carrots
- Dried Basil
- Garlic Powder
- Minced Dried Onion
- Food For Life Sprouted Grain Flourless Tortillas
Mix 2 tbsps. of vegan cream and a few dashes of each seasoning until blended well. Spread on tortilla. Drop a handful of the shredded organic veggies and a handful of the micro-greens. Roll, press, and slice.
